The founders
Two chefs, and a career
spent bringing Persian
cuisine to Singapore
Shirazi was founded by Chef Mohammad Hosseini and Chef Ying, two passionate hospitality professionals with more than 30 years of combined experience in Singapore’s food and beverage industry.
Chef Mohammad has dedicated his career to introducing authentic Persian cuisine to Singapore. Together with Chef Ying, he has successfully established and managed several well known restaurants over the years, always focusing on quality, authenticity, and warm hospitality.
